Maybe, AWS is a specialist area, and not all developers know it well. You could hire a specialist DevOps Engineer but a good one will cost you $100,000 per year, if you can find one. You probably don't want just one DevOps Engineer since you will be totally dependent on that person.

Yes, if you already have services running in AWS we will manage them for you. We will optimise them, set up monitoring and try to reduce the cost.
Yes, we can help you to set everything up and use our experience to reduce the cost but you still pay for what you use.
Yes, we use leading DevOps and AI tools to help us to produce scalable and reliable environments. We automate everything we can to give you a more reliable service and keep the costs under control.
We are a small team of DevOps experts located around the world. We also have a team of additional engineers that we can call on when we need a bit of extra help.
In our Basic package we offer Cloud Monitoring. That means we will watching AWS logs 24/7 to see if a network fails, an EC2 instance stops working or some services give you errors.
Application Monitoring means we are looking at your application logs and metrics to see a problem. We will need more information about your application so we know if there is a problem.
If the problem is in the Cloud configuration we will fix it immediately and get your application working again.
If the problem is in your application code we will tell you everything we know about it so your development team can fix it. We cannot fix it because we would need to know every application in every client's account, that's just not possible. The last thing you need is for us to start making changes to your code without knowing the context.
If you want us to manage code changes for you, we can do that. Just contact us and we can discuss a sperate arrangement for application management.
Yes unless you are using our managed service. It's your account and you can do whatever you like with it. We tag everything that we manage so it's clear. The only limitation is that problems caused by changes to services that we are managing can incur additional costs.
We normally set up read-only access so you can see everything without the risk of damaging things. If your developers need more access, that's fine.
An application is a deployed piece of code that you need to run. For example, an API or a Webserver are both applications. Also, a database or cache would be an application.
It is a bit more complex if you are using things like custom load balancers. We do not count most common load balancers because they are normally very efficient but there some more complex tools that become applications.
If you use a lot of Lambda's we normally don't count all of them either. A large application often has a lot of Lambda functions, and we would normally count them together.

No, in our experience the main job of these frameworks is to provide jobs for consultants. While well meaning, these frameworks normally make things more complex than they need to be. We give you working Cloud environments, that's all.
If you are unhappy with the service and want to cancel, you can. You will keep you AWS environment, it's yours after all. If you are paying monthly we will continue until the end of the current month. If you pay annually, you can cancel and we will refund unused months at the monthly charge rate.
No, we are AWS specialists. We can help you to connect to other cloud providers but we do not offer service for other clouds providers.
